Using Simbli to Share Your Meeting Agenda and Materials

Simbli is used to manage your board meeting agenda and supporting material. District staff will build out the agenda and all supporting documents within Simbli in advance of the meeting as they currently do. If the meeting is being conducted virtually, we recommend the following:

  1. Build your meeting agenda in Simbli and load your supporting materials.
  2. Setup your meeting in Zoom with the appropriate date and time.
  3. Include the link to join the Zoom meeting, along with any instructions and reference to the meeting being livestreamed on either Facebook or YouTube in the Meeting header (see image below for example).
  4. Publish your meeting and follow the same procedures you normally follow in posting the agenda.
